Recently my mom became very ill. With everything that the pandemic has effected it was extraordinarily difficult to find personal care. Compassionate Hearts Personal Care, LLC. was the only agency able/willing to help me. There was very little that anyone could do to help my mom. Compassionate Hearts Personal Care, LLC. was there to make her as comfortable as possible until she passed away.
Compassionate Hearts Personal Care, LLC. is exactly as the name implies from enrollment to the program to delivery of care. They are a compassionate, caring and friendly team. Mom was a little skeptical about someone coming into her home, but the caregiver won her over immediately with her friendly personality and gentle caregiving approach. They quickly became friends and mom looked forward to her visits. She was always prompt and made time for mom every time she had a care need. When our schedule abruptly changed they gladly accommodated. The owner followed-up and checked in frequently on our satisfaction with the program. We highly recommend Compassionate Hearts Personal Care, LLC. and will return to their services if and when needed.
